Anti-social behavioural orders.
A
symbol of the breakdown of our society? A symptom of the void that's
growing between the young people of today and their elders? Evidence of
the mistrust we feel towards each other, a mistrust that's threatening
to break us apart? Well believe it or not, in a recent MORI poll
of 1800 upstanding citizens, 82% came out in support of issuing ASBOs
to those deemed anti-social, regardless of social standing, mental
stability, being ten years old...
